SHIPPING POLICY

Many of our products are made-to-order, resulting in longer processing times before orders are shipped. Our current standard processing time for orders is 5-10 business days, though we will aim to have orders shipped out sooner. Processing & shipping times may increase during specific collection releases, holidays, or other peak seasons.
All packages are insured & trackable via UPS. An email containing the tracking number will be sent to you when the order ships.
*Please note our products ship from The Netherlands. All orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (DDU), when applicable. Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. When you place an order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties, or taxes imposed by your country. Unfortunately, we cannot calculate these charges prior to your order being placed, and are unable to cover them for customers. Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. If duties and taxes are not paid for by the customer and there is a refusal upon delivery, customers will not be reimbursed for their order.

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

At this time, we are unable to offer exchanges for different sizes or returns. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, please email us at shop@goodballclo.com within 14 days of receiving your order and we will take care of you.
